This is Little Henry! Henry was adopted at the pound as a wee puppy(and he's still a wee one-he weighs about 5 pounds!) 4.5 years later he was dumped back and got adopted-then he was DUMPED again a month later and was a matted little mess and in pretty rough shape...WHO DOES THIS???? Horrible people-that's who!
